As we continue to push the boundaries of what is possible with screen printing, our focus for 2026 remains on innovation, precision, and unmatched production capacity. With ongoing investments in cutting-edge technology, we're elevating our current capabilities—not just to meet growing demand, but to enhance the quality of every print we produce.
In our continued push toward sustainability and efficiency, we’ve invested in an LTS (Laser-to-Screen) system—completely eliminating traditional film positives and reducing plastic waste. This technology ensures precision, sharper details, and exceptional consistency across every print run.
The integration of a cylinder screen printing press in 2023/2024 transformed our production capabilities, allowing us to take on work that was previously unfeasable due to scope or complexity. With an automated paper feeder and stacker, the press enables us to produce up to 2,000 impressions per hour—far surpassing the 300-400 impressions achievable with traditional flatbed presses. This increased efficiency and scale open the door for high-volume projects, including full tour print production. By handling an entire tour’s printing in-house, we offer a seamless, single point of contact—eliminating the need to coordinate with multiple vendors and streamlining the entire process.
For those aiming to break away from the norm and enhance their merchandise with a touch of individuality, we are pleased to offer fully tailored holographic foil solutions. Whether you're looking to create a custom pattern or incorporate your logo into each sheet, the options are limitless and designed to reflect your brand and aesthetic.
In 2025, we were proud to collaborate with Dave Matthews Band to produce an exclusive holographic pattern featuring their iconic logo—created specifically for their fans. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with collectors and concertgoers excited by the truly unique design—unlike anything they'd seen on DMB tour merchandise before.
With over a decade of experience in the music industry, we've built a deep and diverse network of artists through years of collaborative print projects. This extensive creative community allows us to go beyond production—we can help curate, commission, and manage artwork for full tours, matching the right designers to your aesthetic and audience. Whether you're launching a national tour or a special event, we offer not just the print expertise, but the creative connections to make it truly stand out.
In late 2023 we moved into our new 32,000 square-foot warehouse. This significant upgrade not only facilitated investments in new equipment, but also ensures secure on-site storage for large-scale projects. This is especially advantageous for scenarios requiring drop shipments to multiple locations throughout a tour.
Our facility is also fully equipped to handle individual order fulfillment. By managing fulfillment in-house—at the same location where the prints are produced—we can reduce shipping costs and shorten transit times.
We welcome collaboration on projects of any scale. Whether you're working on something expansive or highly specialized, we’re always eager to engage with opportunities that challenge our capabilities and sharpen our craft. If you believe our expertise aligns with your project, we’d love to hear from you.
